Msgr Ngobya Memorial Day & Boarding Primary School
This school was started 2009 by Matilda Annet Nakaggwa. Already as a young child Matilda knew that she wanted to help children to get a good education. Many children in Uganda don’t have the opportunity to go to school. Matilda started small with only 9 children and even if every day was a struggle to get money to continue she didn’t give up on her dream.
In 2013 the school has 83 pupils and still growing. Year 2011 she invited Theres Pihlblad, a Swedish woman who also shares her dreams and together they now work to develop this school. The school’s most important issues:

- Good qualified education
- Nutritious food
- Open minds for different cultures and people
- Strictly against abuse and violence
- Encourage creativity
- Inform about HIV/AIDS
